Cook the blackberries with 80 g sugar and the lemon juice for 8 minutes until collapsed.

Push half through a sieve to remove seeds and keep the rest chunky. Cool completely.

Whip the cream with the remaining sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.

Fold the cooled fruit through in two additions, leaving visible ripples.

Spoon into glasses.
