    Rinse crowberries and remove any stems or debris.

    Combine berries, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

    Simmer 10โ€“12 minutes, mashing berries lightly with a spoon, until thickened.
