Instructions

Put the flaked tuna, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala into a bowl.

Add salt. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small oval or round patties.

Dip each patty into beaten egg. Coat it evenly with breadcrumbs.

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the cutlets for 3โ4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

Place the cutlets on paper towels to drain before serving.

Serve warm with mint or tamarind chutney.
