Instructions

Mix the yeast into the warm milk with a spoon of sugar and leave 10 minutes.

Add the egg, softened butter, remaining sugar and flour and knead to a soft dough; prove 1 hour.

Roll out, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar, roll up and cut 12 rolls.

Prove 45 minutes on a tray, then bake at 190C for 18-20 minutes.

Crush and sieve the raspberries and beat the juice into the icing sugar to a thick pink icing.

Spread generously over the cooled rolls.
