Instructions

Mix the flaked fish, mashed potato, onion, egg, salt, pepper and herb in a bowl until well combined.

Shape into patties about 2 cm thick.

Dredge each patty lightly in flour.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the patties 4-5 minutes per side until golden and heated through.

Drain briefly on paper towel and serve hot.

Chill the shaped patties for 20 minutes before frying if the mixture feels soft, so they hold together better.
