Instructions

    Mix everything into a soft dough and knead 10 minutes.

    Rise 70 minutes until doubled.

    Divide into 24 pieces, roll each smooth and set them close together on greased sheets.

    Prove 40 minutes until they touch.

    Bake at 190C for 18-20 minutes until golden.

    Brush with butter straight out of the oven and cover with a tea towel to keep them soft.
