Make a soft enriched dough and knead 8 minutes, then rise 70 minutes.

Cook the berries with sugar and cornstarch into a thick filling and cool it.

Roll the dough 1 cm thick and cut 10 cm squares.

Put a spoon of filling on each, bring the corners in and pinch them together.

Set seam down on greased sheets and prove 35 minutes.

Bake at 185C for 20-22 minutes until golden, and brush with butter.

The filling must be thick and cold or it will burst the seams in the oven.
