Instructions

Rinse the chira (flattened rice) quickly under water to soften it slightly. Drain it well.

Place the softened chira in a serving bowl.

Whisk the curd (yoghurt) lightly until smooth. Pour it over the chira.

Drizzle grated jaggery or jaggery syrup on top.

Add banana slices if using.
