Instructions

Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a heavy pan. Add the mashed bananas.

Fry the mashed bananas gently for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Pour in the milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring often so it does not stick.

Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the grated jaggery (unrefined sugar).

Add cardamom powder and mix well.
