Instructions

Boil the colocasia until soft when pierced with a fork. Peel off the skin while it is still warm.

Mash the colocasia in a bowl, leaving a few small chunks.

Add the finely chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, and salt.

Drizzle the mustard oil over the bowl. Mix everything together well.

Add red chilli powder if you want extra heat.

Garnish with fresh coriander on top. Serve at room temperature.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve it fresh.
