Mix the flour, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, and water until smooth. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Stir the cottage cheese, 1 egg, and a little salt together in a bowl for the filling.

Roll the dough out thin. Cut the dough into squares.

Put a spoonful of filling on each square. Fold into a triangle and press the edges tightly to seal.

Boil the dumplings in salted water until they float, about 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, saute the ham in butter. Stir in the cream and simmer until slightly thick.
