Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add this to the batter in turns with the milk.

Gently fold in the flour-tossed blueberries.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

Mix the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly, then scatter over the batter.
