Instructions

Whisk the coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt together until smooth.

Pour the mixture into small plastic cups. Fill each cup about three-quarters full.

Insert a small wooden stick or spoon into each cup once slightly frozen, about 1 hour in.

Freeze completely for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

To serve, briefly run warm water over the outside of the cup or peel back the plastic.
