Add the mashed fish, grated coconut, onion, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves to a bowl. Mix them together.

Add the rice flour and salt. Mix well until the mixture sticks together easily.

Shape the mixture into small, flat patties with your hands.

Heat the coconut oil in a flat pan over medium heat.

Place the patties into the hot pan, leaving enough space between them.

Fry for 3โ4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
