Instructions

Crush the king chillies with a little water into a rough paste. Handle carefully to avoid skin contact.

Heat mustard oil in a heavy pot. Fry the onion until golden.

Add ginger and garlic. Stir until fragrant.

Add the pork pieces. Fry on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped tomato. Cook until it softens into a pulp.
