Instructions

    Heat mustard oil in a pot. Fry the onion gently until soft.

    Add the crushed ginger and garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant.

    Stir in the mashed fermented soybean. Cook for 2 minutes to release its aroma.

    Add the chopped green chillies and stir well.

    Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook until the greens are tender and the stew thickens slightly.
